Client Services

Helping Hands Gospel Mission (HHGM) works with individuals to assist them in getting back on their feet.  Samples of ways we do that might include:

  • Referrals to other agencies
  • Emotional support through court proceedings (or drug court)
  • Advocacy with other agencies in working through a pre-determined plan of action
  • Coordinated services with agencies, probation, social workers, etc.
  • Assistance in building a support base so the same problem doesn’t happen again
  • Works with community in creating programs that remove barriers the poor face

HHGM also represents the clients – past, present, and future by participating on various community committees and boards such as:

  • Homelessness Coalition
  • Wood County Drug Task Force (workplace pillar)
